looking people, i may add), old buildings (duh), hills, old cobblestone (i think) streets, stray cats, rugs, belly dancer outfits, really freaking strong coffee, and mosques (again, duh).  i'll post pictures once i take some and have time to.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;since we're working for fed ex, i knew there would be some memphians on the trip.  i asked if they were familiar with union, and it turns out that  couple of them got their MBAs through the germantown campus.  so that's cool.  i was disappointed to find that they've never eaten at texas de brazil though.  psh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;yesterday was a long hard day of scouting, but it went very very well.  they looked at the pictures joe snapped yesterday and absolutely loved what they saw.  this is very good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;today is a day off, so i've been chilling in my &lt;a href="http://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/Properties/Istanbul/Rooms/RoomPhotos.htm?fd=1C8B82A0-9CA0-4DA2-B0F7-7F4A2C694AFC" target="_new"&gt;room&lt;/a&gt; and steph got their masters of divinity from &lt;a href="http://www.gardner-webb.edu/" target="_new"&gt;gardner-webb&lt;/a&gt;.  &lt;a href="http://www.myspace.com/britmoore716" target="_new"&gt;brittney&lt;/a&gt; article.  again... &lt;a href="http://www.somebits.com/weblog/tech/photo/color-management-in-photoshop.html" target="_new"&gt;http://www.somebits.com/weblog/tech/photo/color-management-in-photoshop.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;it's a matter of browsers ignoring the color profile that is embedded in the file.  most people work in adobe rgb 1998 (though top industry people suggest you should be switching to the pro photo profile because it's a much bigger color space.  if you don't know what that means, just take my word for it when i say that your images will look better and more true to their colors... back to what i was saying though), but browsers ignore that fact and use the sRGB profile (which is stupid and it sucks).  so convert to sRGB before saving the file you're posting to the web, then post.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but DO NOT overwrite your original file.  you lose lots of color information by doing that.  it's a long-ish explanation that i don't have time to go into right now, but if you really want to know i'll explain it at some point.  but if you dont', then i won't.</description><comments>http://bradmoore310.xanga.com/585907096/for-those-whose-pictures-look-washed-out-when-posting-online/#firstcomment</comments></item></channel></rss>
